Existing Barn Buildings

The site features numerous existing structures and buildings, some of which are dilapidated and others still functioning.
The primary built form follows the line of the trees aside the access track, and is nestled between two tributaries of the River Itchen.
The functioning buildings are a two storey steel framed barn (a), a single storey block work barn (b), and a single storey block work and steel frame barn/store/workshop (c). The site has two access points, one from the south which is the primary route used but the tenants of the field and the Wildlife Trust, and to the north a secondary access primary used by the site owners. Other structures on the site include high level covered roofs with steel frame columns, several concrete pads and hard standings, other dilapidated structures, and numerous areas of dumped material.
In 2020 the applicants purchased the site in this existing condition.

The Future? Fishing/Nature Lodges?

This is just a vision of what the bans could become.
